Shipping policy

Processing Time
We strive to prepare and ship your order within 1 to 5 business days. This time does not include package transit time. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Important Information

• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.
• Customs Delays: Delivery times may be affected by customs inspections in each country.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for orders marked as "Delivered" by the courier but not received. We recommend checking with your local post office.
• Incorrect Address: If the order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new shipment will be charged.
