Refund Policy

Our products are made in small quantities, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We recommend contacting us before purchasing if you have questions about a particular product.

We only offer refunds or exchanges if the product arrives damaged or broken. In that case, please send us a photo of the affected item to rinkon.vitalis@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we will gladly replace it. We may require you to return the damaged product.

International Orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for additional taxes or fees that your country may require. Any additional costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your order is delayed, we recommend checking with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package pending payment of duties. In some cases, the invoice for these costs may arrive weeks after receiving your order.

When will my order ship?
We strive to process and ship orders within 1 to 5 business days. This does not include the package's transit time once we hand it over to the courier. In most cases, we ship orders before this timeframe.
